Outlook quircks

It just so happened that Outlook died on me this morning. No warning, no nothing. Just couldn't connect to the mail server anymore. 'Till today Outlook was one of the best behaving MS apps I have worked with; not much issues there.

Anyways, I have deleted my account, put the settings again, restart Outlook, restart Windoze... Nothing helped. Finally, I've got the idea to delete and recreate the mail profile form Control Panel. Guess what? This worked! Why? God and Bill know...
